Comet C/1999 S4 (LINEAR) photometry,  morphological changes of the coma/tail and animation. Team leader: Branimir Lukic

Project summary: (to be discussed ..):

 The comets, the beauty and fear of the sky. This summer is the summer of the comet LINEAR S4 that would become a naked object. During the duration of the VSA workshop we suppose that would be possible to produce a big set of these comet images. We hope to use them in analysis the morphological changes in the comets coma/tail regions, as interaction of the comet plasma and a very strong solar wind during this year of maximum sunspot activity.

   Astrometric and photometry measurements will be performed also and sent to the MPC.
