Group for photometry of variable stars

The group for the photometry of variable stars is led by Giovanni Sostero, an astronomer from the Osservatorio Ramanzacco in Italy. Giovanni Sostero has been studying variable stars for a number of years now and he will once again take part in the work at VSA by being the leader of the group for photometry. As the only "serious" telescope group Giovanni and his team will have to try their best to make the most of their telescope time. Their job this year will be photometry of a nova in Saggitarius which has an unusual spectrum.

For all the measurements B, V, R, I, set of Optikzentrum company filters was used.
